Deliveries within the UK:

In general delivery costs are worked out on the total amount of your purchases.

The only exceptions are 'Special Items' such as large prints or signed memorabilia which require specialist couriers and insurance. These are clearly marked and their flat rate delivery charge of £20.00 per 'Special Item' over rides our normal postage charges  regardless of any other items in your basket.

Charges to mainland UK are shown on the left hand side of each page, and worked out automatically at the checkout or on contacting us if ordering by any other method. 

Multiple orders, in most cases, will be held until all the items are available to send out.

Items are sent by Royal Mail; Recorded or Special Delivery, or by courier, and an e-mail confirming your order despatch method and tracking details will be sent once your parcel has been sent.

All orders will require a signature on delivery and you can specify a different delivery address if this is more convenient. In the event that no-one is home to sign for the package, then the delivery agent will leave a contact card with instructions for collection or re-delivery.

Deliveries to Europe:

We will deliver to other European countries upon payment of the appropriate airmail surcharge.

This extra payment must be made BEFORE you finish shopping and go to the checkout.

Please follow these instructions:

1)    Select the item(s) you wish to buy by selecting the 'Add To Basket' button(s) by the appropriate item and make a note of your basket's subtotal.

2)    Select the 'European Shipping' button located in the left hand side bar of each page.

3)    Click the 'Add to Basket' button below for the appropriate surcharge depending on your basket subtotal.

4)    Proceed to the checkout.

Please note these charges are in addition to the UK delivery charges automatically calculated at the checkout.

Items are sent by International Signed For Mail and will require a signature on delivery. Parcels are normally received within 14 days but you must allow up to 56 days for delivery.

We will confirm your order's date of despatch and tracking details by e-mail once your parcel has been sent.

If you order without paying the appropriate surcharge, you will be contacted by e-mail.  

Your order will be held for up to 28 days until the extra payment has been received.  If we do not receive payment, then your order will be cancelled and your monies returned.

EXCLUSIONS:

Deliveries to America & Canada:

We will deliver to North America, South America and Canada upon payment of the appropriate airmail surcharge.
